If your business employs more than 5 people, you’re required by law to have a fire risk assessment
Under the Regulatory Reform Act of 2005, any commercial property is required by law to have a fire risk assessment carried out by a professional every 3 to 4 years. Failure to carry this out can result in a fine, imprisonment or both.
