In line with the regulatory reform act, you are responsible for making sure that you have a fire risk assessment carried out should you employ 5 or more people. This should be done internally every 12 months but every 3-4 years by a professional.

- Assessing the suitability of fire safety measures that you currently have in place
- Developing a fire safety action plan if you require any immediate changes
- Assessing the ongoing management of fire safety within your business (fire drills and training)
